About my path
For many years, I devoted myself to studying intuitive and energetic practices. I explored meditation and self-inquiry deeply and experienced moments of profound wholeness — states of clarity, unity, and even oneness with God.
Beginning in my early 20s, I became preoccupied with a question:
What truly leads us to wholeness?
What allows us to heal — not just temporarily, but deeply?
I immersed myself in books and practices that continue to shape my work today, including Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg and Loving What Is by Byron Katie. These teachings, along with years of meditation and embodied inquiry, revealed something essential:
We don’t heal by pushing pain away.
We heal by meeting it. Being present to it.
Over time, I saw how unresolved emotional experiences live in the body when they are not given space, voice, or compassionate attention. When we resist what we feel, it tightens. When we allow it — gently, safely — it begins to move.
What transforms us is not analysis.
It is presence.
The turning point in my own path came when I realized that some wounds cannot heal in isolation. They require attuned connection. Nervous systems co-regulate. Old patterns soften in relationship.
This understanding reshaped my direction.
Today, I am devoted to creating grounded, intentional spaces where people can meet themselves honestly — where challenging emotions are welcomed without judgment, and where greater integration, resilience, and wholeness naturally unfold.
There is nothing more meaningful to me than supporting another human being as they reconnect with their innate capacity to heal.
