I currently offer sessions on a sliding-scale donation basis:

Community Rate:
$40-$60 per hour ($60 - $90 per 90 minutes)

Sustaining Rate:
$60- $80 per hour ($90 - $120 per 90 minutes)

I will send you a Venmo or PayPal link after our session. You do not need to pay ahead of time.

In Somatic Experiencing sessions, we slow down to notice body sensations and explore the thoughts, images, emotions, and impulses that emerge in connection with them.
